They are skilled in the installation of finished products, and the permitting and documentation of installation. They have an eye for detail, and work with precision. They are efficient, detail oriented, and able to travel. The Install technician reports directly to the signage coordinator and Project Manager.
Graphic Installer:

The Graphic Installer masters the art of installing all forms of graphics in their various forms. They are skilled in the installation of finished products, and aid in fabrication. The Primary skill of the Graphic Installer is with Vinyl for signage, displays, and vehicles, but they are skilled in all mediums used. Shop Fabricator:

The Shop Fabricator brings creative ideas to life. They are responsible for the planning, design, fabrication and maintenance of custom items. The Shop Fabricator cares for the condition of the shop and its tools and maintains a safe environment. They are creative, an independent worker and can function with little to no supervision. They handle shop inventory and organization.
Brand Ambassador:

The Brand Ambassador reports directly to the Events Manager and is responsible for the transport, set up, take down, and implementation of trade shows and events. They represent the company and the client in a way that boosts their public image and the value of their products.

Administrative Assistant:
The Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager helps with all essential office tasks as delegated. They answer phones, assist with light production work, file, and organize. The Administrative Assistant is not only the first voice a phone contact hears, they greet customers, care for swag bags and help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere.

CSR Products Specialist:
The CSR/Products specialist works with the sales staff to assist with outsourcing, staging, and ordering. They answer phones, handle customer follow up, and prepare products for delivery. They research pricing options and aid in creating core product selections. The CSR Product Specialist does exit surveys, and schedules deliveries. They may need to do product pick up and delivery.
Graphic Artist:
The Graphic Artist is responsible for the creative art and design work for our marketing and in house projects. They are skilled with all graphic arts software, have a knowledge of design machines, can communicate well, and can bring ideas to life. They have computer literacy, and are on the cutting edge of design and media trends. They are a team player, listen well, and work with limited supervision.

General Laborer:
The General Laborer Helps with all necessary duties at Xtreme! Marketing. They support the production team, shop team, designers, sales, and office staff. They are responsible to keep the building and grounds clean, carry out assigned driving tasks, and receive coaching well.
Machine Operator/Finisher:
The Machine Operator/Finisher has a mastery of all machine operations, with an emphasis on front of the house machinery, and flat graphics. They know the proper use, care, and maintenance of the machines, and study to develop new products and uses for existing machinery. They assist in installations, and projects as needed, and report directly to the Project Manager.New Paragraph
Media Marketing Coordinator:
The Media Marketing Coordinator promotes the image, branding, products, employees, and customers of Xtreme! Marketing. They maintain and compile the company’s marketing profiles and digital assets. They design Media strategies to achieve marketing targets and track the effectiveness of our media and email traffic.
Receptionist:
The Receptionist reports to the Office Manager and handles the greetings, first impressions and culture of the front of the house. The receptionist is not only the first voice a phone contact hears, they greet customers, care for gift bags and help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere. Their duty is to keep the front of house and the showroom welcoming and clean. They gather critical information for the sales staff and all other employees, and keep gift bags and catalogs stocked.
Regional Marketing Specialist:
The Regional Marketing Specialist maintains a focus on expanding sales in their local market. They generate leads, maintain active follow up, and work to develop new and innovative concepts and strategies. The Regional Marketing Specialist is tasked with meeting sales goals, working with the marketing team, and documenting each step of the sales process. They report directly to the Marketing Manager.
