This professional possesses in-depth knowledge of signage fabrication and excels in the precise installation of finished products. They are highly efficient, detail-oriented, and will travel as much as needed to complete projects.
Shop Fabricator:

The Shop Fabricator brings creative ideas to life by executing the planning, design, fabrication, and maintenance of custom items under the direction of the Project Manager. They ensure the shop is well-maintained and safe, with a focus on inventory management and organization. This role demands independence, creativity, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for all transport, set up, take down, and implementation of trade shows and events. This position will be responsible for upholding the highest quality of representation for the company as they present products and offerings in-person. An ideal Brand Ambassador will demonstrate proficiency in logistics to properly plan the details, track progress, measure results, and adapt quickly as changes arise.

CSR Products Specialist:
The CSR/Products specialist works with the sales staff to assist with outsourcing, staging, and ordering. They answer phones, handle customer follow up, and prepare products for delivery. They research pricing options and aid in creating core product selections. The CSR Product Specialist does exit surveys, and schedules deliveries. They may need to do product pick up and delivery.
Graphic Artist:
The Graphic Artist is responsible for a wide variety of designs on websites, social media, and other digital platforms. The employee holding this position should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution. With direct oversight the Graphic Designer will showcase Company by creating designs aligned with Company’s branding and voice.
General Laborer:
The General Laborer Helps with all necessary duties at Xtreme! Marketing. They support the production team, shop team, designers, sales, and office staff. They are responsible to keep the building and grounds clean, carry out assigned driving tasks, and receive coaching well.
Machine Operator/Finisher:
The Machine Operator/Finisher plays a key role in operating and maintaining various machinery, specializing in front-of-house equipment and flat graphics. They possess expertise in machine operations, ensuring proper use, care, and maintenance to optimize performance. Additionally, they explore new product development opportunities and assist in installations and projects under the direction of the Production Manager.
Media Marketing Coordinator:
We're seeking a highly strategic and disciplined thinker with an audience-first mindset. As a collaborative team member, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and managing content across digital (social media) and traditional (email) platforms for our brand and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in email outreach, content creation, and social media analytics, leveraging data to formulate effective campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include community building, project management, and ensuring organized content delivery across departments.
Sales Specialist:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services by identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
