Brand Ambassador:

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for all transport, set up, take down, and implementation of trade shows and events. This position will be responsible for upholding the highest quality of representation for the company as they present products and offerings in-person. An ideal Brand Ambassador will demonstrate proficiency in logistics to properly plan the details, track progress, measure results, and adapt quickly as changes arise. 
*MUST know how to haul a trailer or be willing to learn*
*MUST be able to lift 100+ pounds*

Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator:

The Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily receiving, shipping, and organization of materials and finished products, as well as assets staging for Xtreme!’s rigorous event schedule. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving by ensuring orders are accurate, inventory is maintained, and shipments go out on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while coordinating with internal teams and shipping partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly, work independently, self motivated, and a commitment to representing Xtreme! Marketing with professionalism and accuracy.

CSR/Production Specialist:

The CSR/Production Specialist works with the sales staff to assist with outsourcing, staging, and ordering. They answer phones, handle customer follow up, and prepare products for delivery. They research pricing options and aid in creating core product selections. The CSR Product Specialist does exit surveys, and schedules deliveries. They may need to do product pick up and delivery.

Administrative Assistant:

The Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager helps with all essential office tasks as delegated. They answer phones, assist with light production work, file, and organize. The Administrative Assistant is not only the first voice a phone contact hears, they greet customers, care for swag bags and help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere.



Sales Specialist:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services by identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.



Machine Operator/Finisher:

The Machine Operator/Finisher plays a key role in operating and maintaining various machinery, specializing in front-of-house equipment and flat graphics. They possess expertise in machine operations, ensuring proper use, care, and maintenance to optimize performance. Additionally, they explore new product development opportunities and assist in installations and projects under the direction of the Production Manager.



Fabrication Technician:

The Fabrication Technician brings creative visions to life by executing custom signage projects from concept to installation-ready components. Under the guidance of the Production Manager, this role combines technical skill with craftsmanship to produce high-end products using tools such as CNC routers, welders, laser cutters, and large-format printers. The technician plays a vital role in shop organization, safety, and production quality, making this a hands-on, detail-oriented position suited for a motivated maker.
