Brand Ambassador:

Urgently Hiring

Love being where the action is? We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador who can take an event from “we have a plan” to “that looked incredible.”

You’ll transport our event assets, set up the space, bring the experience to life, and pack everything down when the crowd heads home. At trade shows and events, you’ll be the face of the company—welcoming guests, presenting our products and offerings, and making sure every detail reflects the quality of our brand.

The right person is equal parts people person and logistics pro. You can plan ahead, keep track of the moving pieces, measure how an event went, and think on your feet when plans change.

What you’ll need:

• Experience hauling a trailer, or a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds
• Be 21 or older, as the role involves alcohol service

Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator:

Every great event starts with the right gear in the right place. We’re looking for a Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator who loves keeping things organized, checking off a to-do list, and making sure our team has what it needs to deliver an unforgettable experience.

You’ll keep Xtreme! Marketing moving by receiving materials, shipping finished products, maintaining inventory, and staging assets for our packed event calendar. From checking orders to coordinating with our crew and shipping partners, you’ll make sure everything is accurate, ready, and out the door on time.

The right person is dependable, catches the small details, and brings energy to a busy warehouse. You can take initiative, work independently, and switch gears when plans change—all while taking pride in the quality of everything that leaves our doors.

CSR/Production Specialist:

Love helping people and making things happen? We’re looking for a CSR / Production Specialist who can connect the dots between our sales team, our customers, and the products that bring their ideas to life.

You’ll help source products, compare pricing, place orders, coordinate outsourced work, and stage everything for delivery. You’ll also answer calls, follow up with customers, schedule deliveries, and occasionally handle pickups and drop-offs. Along the way, you’ll help shape our core product lineup and gather customer feedback through exit surveys.

The right person is resourceful, organized, and easy to talk to. You enjoy a mix of customer service and hands-on work, stay on top of the details, and take pride in helping the Xtreme! Marketing team deliver a great experience from the first call to the final handoff.

Administrative Assistant:

Love a good checklist and making people feel welcome? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who brings energy, organization, and a friendly face to the Xtreme! Marketing office.

You’ll work alongside our Office Manager to keep daily tasks moving—from answering phones and greeting customers to filing, organizing, and lending a hand with light production work. You’ll also help prepare and manage our swag bags, adding a little Xtreme! personality to every welcome.

The right person is dependable, approachable, and happy to jump in where needed. As the first voice callers hear and the first face visitors see, you’ll help set the tone for a positive, upbeat experience.

Sales Specialist:

Love turning a great conversation into a great opportunity? We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who knows how to find the right prospects, understand what they need, and help them see what’s possible with our team.

You’ll own the sales process from the first hello to the signed deal: spotting opportunities, qualifying leads, building relationships, and keeping things moving. You’ll work closely with a team that loves bringing big ideas to life.

Machine Operator/Finisher:

Love working with your hands and seeing a design become the real thing? We’re looking for a Machine Operator / Finisher who knows their equipment, cares about the details, and takes pride in a great finished product.

You’ll operate and maintain a variety of machines, with a focus on front-of-house equipment and flat graphics. By keeping equipment running smoothly and using it with care, you’ll help the Xtreme! Marketing team turn creative ideas into quality work.

Working with our Production Manager, you’ll also help with installations, tackle production projects, and explore opportunities to develop new products. The right person brings machine operation experience, a practical approach to problem-solving, and enthusiasm for learning what we can make next.

Fabrication Technician:

Love building things that make people say, “How did you make that?” We’re looking for a Fabrication Technician who can turn creative ideas into custom signage with craftsmanship worth showing off.

Working under our Production Manager, you’ll take projects from concept to installation-ready components using CNC routers, welders, laser cutters, and large-format printers. You’ll combine technical skills with an eye for detail to create high-quality products that bring Xtreme! Marketing’s ideas to life.

The right person is a motivated maker who enjoys hands-on work, solving challenges, and getting the finish just right. You’ll also help keep the shop organized, work safely, and make sure every piece meets our production standards.
